Auto News: Mini India has broadened its portfolio with the launch of the Countryman John Cooper Works All4, priced at ₹64.90 lakh ex-showroom. Deliveries are expected to start soon, making it one of the most awaited launches this year. With this model, Mini reinforces its premium sporty positioning, targeting enthusiasts who want performance wrapped in a luxury compact SUV body style.
The Countryman JCW features a gloss black grille with a chequered insert, paired with LED headlamps and stylish LED DRLs that offer three lighting signatures. It rides on 19-inch alloy wheels, and its dual-tone paint finishes include options such as Midnight Black with a Red roof and British Racing Green with a Black roof. At the rear, quad exhausts and blacked-out Countryman lettering give it a sporty stance.
Inside, the cabin follows a black-and-red theme, highlighted by red stitching across the upholstery and dashboard. A mix of fabric and premium materials add comfort without losing the performance edge. JCW badging, contrast trims, and sporty seating make it feel like a driver-focused cockpit. The blend of luxury and sport remains central to Mini’s appeal in India.
The car comes loaded with modern features including a Harman Kardon sound system, panoramic glass roof, heads-up display, wireless charging, and a power-operated tailgate. Electrically adjustable front seats and ambient lighting further enhance comfort. Under the hood, the MINI JCW Countryman houses a 2.0-litre twin-turbo, 4-cylinder petrol engine producing 300 hp and 400 Nm torque. Mated to a 7-speed DCT gearbox, it uses MINI’s ALL4 all-wheel-drive system. This allows a 0–100 kmph sprint in 5.4 seconds and a top speed of 250 kmph, placing it among the fastest cars in its class.
The JCW All4 also features a unique Boost mode that delivers an additional surge of power on demand. This makes it especially appealing to drivers who crave adrenaline-filled performance.
